Recently, pole dancing has caught on as a new and extremely popular form of exercise, in which women use the pole as a workout prop. Our mission is to let all women, regardless of size and shape, age, or level of coordination, experience the fun, glamorous, yet daring side of pole dancing. Pole dancing strengthens your mind and body.Ladies can improve muscle tone, lose weight, and build their self-esteem. Most importantly, it is fun! This form of exercise increases upper and core body strength by using the body itself as resistance while toning the body as a whole. Pole dancing is a great way to get fit and feel good about your body! It's empowering, playful, athletic, sexy and does not require dance experience (although dancers find it's a creative way to utilize movement from their favorite dance modalities.) |
